ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Jo Lenz and I'm a highly skilled registered Paediatric Dietitian with 16 years worth of experience.
Dietitians are the only qualified healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems.
Working for leading NHS Trusts such as The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, I've worked in both hospital and community settings, treating an array of complex conditions.
I now solely run my private practice and my passion is for helping children and their families.
As a mother of three young children, I know only too well the difficulties of providing children with a healthy diet whilst juggling the pressures of a busy family life.
Based in Oxfordshire, I provide one-to-one online consultations, online workshops and consultancy to commercial food brands and nurseries (please get in touch for more information).
I also provide mentoring for Nutritionists and newly qualified Dietitians or those wanting to become freelance.
